During this weekend, you’ll have a true castle life, a visit ( horse riding or 4x4) of the vineyard and cellars, tasting various gastronomical menus and wines and taking part in a workshop of wine making where you will create your own wine making with grapes of the castle.

You spend the weekend in the castle and the vineyards of the castle.

Begining on Friday evening to Sunday evening.

Friday
18h00 : Welcome and visit of the castle 20:00 : The first tasting of the wines of the vineyard around a greedy plate and cheeses of the country. Night and breakfast the castle
	Saturday
	10H30 : Equestrian visit (or in 4x4) of the vineyard 13H00 : Picnic vine grower 15H00 : Return to the castle 18H00 : Wine tasting in the wine cellar of the castle 20H00 : Gastronomic dinner in the dining room of the castle around the wines of the vineyard Night and breakfast at the castle
Sunday
10H30 : Workshop of wine making in the cellar of the vineyard. You will create your own wine making with various type of grapes of the vineyard of the castle, and may be carry with you some bottles of your vinification. 12H30 : Lunch in one of the Minerve’s restaurants 14H30 : Return to the castle and relaxation Evening departure
