Bathing : possible nearby in the river Cesse, or further afield there are seaside resorts at (Gruissan, Narbonne-plage, Les cabanes de Fleury…).
Golf: golf de Saint Thomas (Beziers 45 kms), golf de Carcassonne (Carcassonne 50 kms), golf de Lamalou-les-bains (Lamalou-les-bains 54 kms), golf de Mazamet (Mazamet 58 kms), golf du Cap d’Agde (Le Cap d’Agde 64 kms), golf de Saint Cyprien (Perpignan 100 kms).
Rent bicycles: Mellow velos Paraza (16km), livraison possible.
Horses riding : Vous souhaitez vous balader à cheval dans la montagne du Pech et ramener pour la nuit les chevaux dans le parc du château : c’est possible aux Appaloosas du Pech entre Bize-Minervois et Montouliers (5 km).
Canoeing : possible on the waterways of the back country (base de Réal à Cessenon 26 km et de Roquebrun à 33 km). Canoe rental by the day or half-day. Wind surf : Lac de Jouarres à 15 km.

The African reserve at Sigean : situated near the Mediterranean coast between Narbonne and Perpignan, this vast animal park extends over 180 hectares (450 acres). Here giraffes, lions, elephants, zebras, ostriches and gazelles live in relative freedom... You can visit the “African Reserve” by car, or even on foot in certain places where the animals do not present a danger to the public.
